后疫情世界的设计

COVID-19危机凸显了当今世界文明的脆弱性，并将彻底改变人类的社会秩序，进而影响人为世界的认知维度和设计范式。后疫情时代的世界充满不确定性，这种不确定性被视为一种可以影响人类经验的动态情况。许多系统和公认的行为模式将不得不重新配置，以便在不确定的未来能够提供更大的灵活适应性。在后疫情时代，设计有能力将各种器物、活动和事件集成到一个系统中，以减轻不确定性的程度，为确保未来世界更具弹性做出贡献。

但今天的疫情提醒我们，设计师们有时也在同谋创造一个已经停滞不前的脆弱世界。因此，作为一种社会化职业的“设计师”需要重新设计并定义设计，从健康设计和持续发展的角度，探索设计和设计师全新的角色、职责、使命、方法，进而重筑人类相互关联的未来。COVID-19危机所产生的全球性问题需要全球性的解决方案，这需要知识来支持一个集成系统，支持以人为本的设计和未来无处不在的技术。因此，本次论坛以“后疫情世界的设计”为主题，邀请来自澳大利亚、以色列、英国不同文化背景的设计领域的著名专家，从设计教育、设计哲学、设计实践、国际组织等各自不同的职业视角，共同探讨设计如何应对未来的不确定性问题。
